recently had to rent a car and called five different Enterprise locations. Each location stated that they had no cars available. The last agent at Belton Enterprise asked if I could wait till this afternoon and they would call me if one was returned. I was excited to finally get some assistance. I did in fact receive a call at noon stating they would have a car ready for me at 1 p.m. Once arriving, I was greeted and was treated with respect and sympathy for my current situation. The agent, Marcus, was kind, friendly and helpful. I feel that he went above and beyond for me and I feel that he probably does that for all the customers. I highly recommend the Belton Enterprise off of 71 Hwy.
