A Great Place to Live!

I

am particularly fond of the Old D’Arbonne Crossing neighborhood because it is very close to where I live. I’ve often taken my 16-year-old twins down those streets while they are learning to drive because it is a safe place. The sound of laughter fills the streets with kids playing ball and running around, playing outside which is what children should be doing. But lordy, that’s a whole other topic!

The homes are all custom built, each with its own look, not that cookie cutter type. It’s also very close to the bayou and shopping. Kiroli Elementary and Kiroli Park serve this area as well. A straight line into downtown with no red lights or traffic clutter.

If you are looking for a little bit of city in the country, then here it is. Home prices range from $195k to $295k and this neighborhood is only about five years old. So, yes, Old D’Arbonne Crossing is a great place to live!
