n the heart of Blue Springs, Missouri, the ‘Cats on Main’ initiative showcases beautifully painted cat sculptures as a tribute to the city. These artworks symbolize the two prominent high schools: Blue Springs High, represented by the Wildcats, and Blue Springs South, represented by the Jaguars. Four Wildcats are positioned to the north, while four Jaguars stand to the south, totaling eight unique sculptures. Designed to boost tourism in the area, each cat sculpture features its own narrative, accompanied by a plaque and a scannable QR code. The initiative will eventually conclude with a public auction.
