any years before I joined RE/MAX of Orange Beach (and I have been here 10 years), I began my love affair with The Broadmoor Condominiums. A couple of longtime dear friends own there and I have spent many nights filled with “girl chatter” on balconies and many sunny days on the spacious beaches out front. While the Broadmoor is an older building by Orange Beach standards, nearly every unit was updated in 2004. The floor plans are difficult to find in newer buildings (which are designed more to accommodate rental guests instead of second homeowners). The two bedroom units features a huge master suite, extra-large master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a hallway separating the bedroom area from the living area.
