here is a three-tiered Mission for the Van Singel Fine Arts Center. The first tier is to bring wholesome, family-friendly arts to people of all ages. Next is to provide community and students with a state-of-the-art fine arts center. Finally, to promote arts access to those with limited or restricted incomes. Come and be a part!
