You are steps away from the 13th Street beach access, and your views are simply stunning – the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Little Lagoon to the north. The building is nestled among homes, giving it a more local, personal feel. Owners get non-assigned covered parking, but there is plenty of parking for guests or renters. There is a dip pool that sits atop the covered parking adjacent to the complex fitness room and sauna. Building management is on-site and always responsive to the needs of owners and renters. Walk or bike to some great coastal restaurants and markets, as well as the new trail and fishing pier at Lagoon Pass.
