was just like any other homeowner when I decided to move. At the top of my wish list I wanted to make sure that my son would be going to a good school district. I talked to several people from the area to make sure that the Benton schools would provide him with just that. At the time I did not realize that there were many websites that ranked the schools (if you are wanting to look at the school ratings then look no further, because RE/MAX has it right here on their website. Click the blue link on the right side of this page that says “Benton School District” and it will show you a map with the ratings).
The schools in Benton have exceeded my expectations! The first school that my son went to was Angie Grant which is ranked 8 out of 10 and I was very impressed by the materials that they used. He rode the bus for the first time to Angie Grant and was always treated great by the other students. He has since moved to a different school here in Benton, Howard Perrin Elementary, which is ranked a 9 out of 10. I have not noticed much change in this transition. The school is excellent and I feel very involved as a parent. They have a great lock-down system and security on duty.
