Sanibel Is Great Place to Live and Play

W

hen I first moved to the area from the Midwest, I had a condo at Sanibel. What a fantastic location in West Beach! You are steps away from the 13th Street beach access, and your views are simply stunning – the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Little Lagoon to the north. The building is nestled among homes, giving it a more local, personal feel. Owners get non-assigned covered parking, but there is plenty of parking for guests or renters. There is a dip pool that sits atop the covered parking adjacent to the complex fitness room and sauna. Building management is on-site and always responsive to the needs of owners and renters. Walk or bike to some great coastal restaurants and markets, as well as the new trail and fishing pier at Lagoon Pass.

A Charming Neighborhood

O

n my daily drive, I pass this quaint, three-street, 60 home subdivision en route to transport my daughter to Rogers High School. The well-manicured park at the entrance always catches my attention, as it appears to provide such a convenient place for its residents to enjoy some fun or just to relax! The residents also have a wonderful opportunity to easily explore other areas in Rogers, as the subdivision is literally just across the road from the Blossom Way Trailhead. From this trailhead, just head west to catch the Razorback Greenway or head east down Price Lane to catch the trail to Veterans Park which eventually leads to the bike park above Lake Atalanta.
